Trial Ordering Begins:  June 19th

On June 19th, 2009, commencing at 12:01 AM, we open for a "Trial Order".  Everyone will be permitted to shop and submit a trial order.  Your account WILL NOT BE CHARGED for the order.  Goods WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.  HOWEVER, 10% PolkaDot Reward points WILL BE AWARDED on all trial orders per member.  Here are the rules:

2. To participate your financial information in your account dashboard must be complete.

3. Your order limit is $160, not including sales tax, shipping if applicable.  Limit one (1) order per member.

4. Your order must be submitted between 12:01 AM on June 19th and 11:59 PM on June 21st.

5. Please submit a "trial order" that is as close to the real order you will submit when your account is activated for the Founder's Launch on July 15th, 2009.

PolkaDot Reward points earned in the Trial Order will be posted to your account; they will be available for use on the date we activate your account for the Founder's Launch. There is no limit to the PolkaDot Rewards you can earn!

WHAT IS A REWARDS MEMBER?

ANSWER: A Rewards Member has unique Membership benefits and rights that are not held by Club Members. One benefit is the right to earn from 2% to 10% PolkaDot Rewards based on the purchases of Referred Members. Another privilege is the right to receive a Personal Purchase Discount ranging from 1% to 5% of the PDV of your purchases.

Rewards Members may refer and pre-register an unlimited amount of Rewards Members prior to June 1st, 2009, the day before the Founder's Launch. After the Founder's Launch, he or she may refer an unlimited number of Club and Rewards Members.

WHAT IS THE COST?

ANSWER: An annual Rewards Membership is $125, but your account is not charged until we activate your Membership on the Launch Date.
 

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

ANSWER: You can change your mind at any time either before or after your Rewards Membership is activated on the Launch Date.. You will be notified five business days in advance that the Company will activate your Membership and debit your checking account for the Membership Fee. You may reply and request cancellation of your Membership at anytime up until June 1st, 2009.

If, after activation, you change your mind and wish to cancel your Membership for any reason, you may do so and receive a full refund of your Membership within 10 days from receipt of your written letter requesting cancellation.
